What started as a collaborative beat tape evolved into a full-fledged album. Common Pence is a 9-track album encompassing production from Whipton Barns and Raps from dereck d.a.c.

The themes of this album are reflections of inner-city living, the disenfranchised, and the voices of working-class backgrounds.

The instrumentals were made by using an SP303 and MPC2000XL and mixed and mastered by Kian Vaziri at House of Soul.
